Job Description

Senior Practitioners required to work within the Assessment Team of the Children in Need of Support and Protection. The client is unique with diverse children and families; we are looking for social workers that are ready for a fresh challenge, with the ability to make a real difference to the residents of Southend.
The successful candidates will join supportive colleagues whose core business relates to long-term child protection within the Assessment service. The skill base required centre on excellent report writing skills, the ability to provide quality assessments. The duty rota for the assessment service operates on a 5-week cycle. Cases allocated will require
decisions of initial interventions, including the development of outcomes-based intervention plans.
