Occupational Therapist, Leicestershire

I’m looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join a team in Leicestershire.

Your Role as an Occupational Therapist:
• Assess the needs of individuals to develop tailored intervention plans that promote independence and well-being.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients, carers, and families.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated care and support.
• Recommend and arrange for equipment and adaptations to meet clients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and policies.

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration.
• Strong assessment and care planning skills.
• Experience in providing community-based support, including equipment provision and adaptations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to delivering person-centred care that enhances quality of life.
