Job Description

Occupational Therapist, Leicestershire
Independent Mobility Assessor
Pay rate, £25 per hour
Job Purpose: -

Deliver a high quality, person centred, accountable Concessionary Travel and Blue Badge assessment service using the eligibility criteria as determined by the Authority and Department of Transport.
To make decisions on eligibility for the above schemes.
To undertake mobility assessments with applicants when their eligibility cannot be determined from the information provided/application form
To provide detailed reports and case papers on the above.
