The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils across KS2—delivering tailored help in English, maths, and foundation subjects. You’ll work with individuals and small groups, helping pupils stay focused, build confidence, and make academic progress. You’ll also assist the class teacher with planning, behaviour management, and creating a supportive learning environment.
 
The Candidate
You’re a graduate with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with children. You’re reliable, adaptable, and happy to take the initiative when needed. This role is ideal for anyone considering teacher training, educational psychology, or school-based pastoral work. Any previous experience working with young people—especially in a school or tutoring capacity—is an advantage.
