The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support pupils in lessons and help deliver engaging learning activities. You will assist with small group interventions, provide 1-2-1 support where needed, and play a key role in helping pupils reach their full potential. The focus will be on supporting literacy, numeracy, and confidence-building.

The Candidate
This position is ideal for a graduate with a strong academic background who is considering a career in primary teaching. You should be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to supporting children's learning. Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach are essential. Experience with young learners is desirable but not essential.
