Job Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated IT teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive secondary school? We are seeking an IT teacher to join a well-established school in the North Tyneside area, the role is to begin September 2025 and is on an ongoing until the October half-term with the possibility of being extended.
The Role:
✅ Teaching IT to KS3 and KS4 students
✅ Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
✅ Assessing and tracking student progress
✅ Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
✅Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the IT curriculum
The Ideal Candidate:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or relevant qualification
✔ Experience teaching IT at secondary level
✔ Strong classroom management skills
✔ Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
Please note, this is a main pay scale role and the pay range of £162.31 - £251.71 is linked to your current teacher pay scale.
