JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+

SALARY: £55-65,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
An established law firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to bolster their property team, offering support to the Head of Department and assisting with the growth of the practice. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and extensions, as well as shared ownership, remortgages, repossessions, landlord and tenant issues, equity release, rights of way, and easements.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE, with strong technical expertise in conveyancing processes and a thorough understanding of regulatory obligations. Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential.
