Residential Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Kent, £40,000- £60,000 (DOE) - A new opportunity for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor to join an expanding conveyancing team. JOB REF: 8271

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, and transfer of equity.
• You will manage your own caseload, offer detailed advice to clients, and engage in business development.
• You will be experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of residential conveyancing, confident to work without supervision and have experience of managing a high volume of work.
• The role will suit Solicitors who are able to pick up an existing caseload, use their initiative and thrive in a busy work environment.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
