Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk assistant to join one of our new local clients which work within the tool and machinery hire industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide Administrative support
- Overseeing daily office operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Handle routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Serving as the point of contact for internal and external communication.
Essential experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an industrial setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desirable experience
- Previous experience working in a rental sector.
