Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and allocate engineers for routine and corrective maintenance tasks.
Ensure engineers are equipped with all necessary parts and equipment prior to jobs.
Manage and prioritise workloads for engineers to optimise efficiency.
Maintain engineers' diaries, scheduling time slots, return visits, and booking in works as needed.
Using various customer portals.
Experience and Qualifications:
Excellent geographical awareness to effectively allocate resources.
Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced environment is essential.
Experience in scheduling and supporting engineers would be an advantage
Must be multi-tasking and able to work in a fast paced environment
This is an office based position working 8am - 5pm and 9am -6pm rotating shift .
