SERVICE DESK ASSISTANT 
FULL TIME
SOUTH SHIELDS


Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk assistant to join one of our new local clients which work within the tool and machinery hire industry. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide Administrative support
  • Overseeing daily office operations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Handle routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Serving as the point of contact for internal and external communication.


Essential experience
  •  
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an industrial setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable experience
  • Previous experience working in a rental sector.
