Duties:

You will be expected to perform commissioning on mechanical extract systems and other smoke ventilation systems within the ventilation industry, manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and provide quotations for clients.

To be able to wire, fix & commission Mechanical Extract Systems
To be able to wire, fix & commission a wide range of smoke ventilation products from a range of manufacturers
To be able to manage large or small installations and ensure that the team you are working with are working to the correct design and standards as per the drawings provided.
To be able to communicate with other trades to ensure smooth completion of a project

Senior Commissioning Engineer Position Requirements

NVQ Electrical installations or equivalent
At least 5 years' experience in commissioning extract or smoke ventilation systems
SSSTS or higher
JIB/ECS card Holder
Span set, PASMA, IPAF
Working knowledge of ADB; BS EN 12101;BS 9999; BS 9991 & BS 7346 pt 8
Working knowledge of multiple manufacturers equipment e.g Colt, SCS, FDS & SE Controls
Current full clean driving licence.
