We are a leading  metering, billing and maintenance company providing  services for communal / district heat-networks across the UK. Delivering high-quality mechanical services to commercial and industrial clients across London and the Home Counties. Our expertise spans plant room installations, heating and hot water systems, and complete mechanical refurbishments. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a skilled Commercial Pipefitter to join our professional and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Install commercial pipework systems including heating, chilled water, domestic hot/cold water, and gas, majority of the works is installing & replacing  heat metering commercial plant rooms within HNTAS regulations.
• Plan and route pipework on-site in line with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to deliver installations on time and to specification.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Keep accurate daily work records and report any site variations or issues that may impact progress to supervisors or the office team.

Requirements:


• Demonstrable experience in commercial/industrial pipefitting and mechanical installation of plant rooms.
• Strong knowledge of commercial heating and water systems.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and plan installation routes accordingly.
• Experience working to deadlines and collaborating with site teams and external contractors.
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean or with minimal points).
• Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities on-site.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive, safety-conscious approach.
