Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Engineer for a UK Facilities Management Company. The role is Monday to Friday. However, you must be available for overtime.

Main Duties:

Scheduled maintenance and repair of building services assets.
Respond to breakdowns and reactive calls.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs or advise on actions.
Monitor plant, equipment, and systems to ensure service continuity.
Conduct dynamic risk assessments and escalate concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations for hazardous materials.
Review maintenance procedures and complete engineers logs.
Available for overtime or shift work.
Regular contact with Service Desk, Supervisors, Contract Managers, and Customer contacts.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Report near misses, accidents, and incidents.

Qualifications and Experience:

C&G Level 3 or equivalent in relevant subject (Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration).
ONC/HNC building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering.
NVQ Level 3.
