Role Overview:
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and solutions on housing options, managing a caseload of homelessness applications, and ensuring decisions comply with current legislation, including the Housing Act and Homelessness Reduction Act. You will also coordinate temporary accommodation placements, cultivate relationships with private sector landlords, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on housing options, ensuring a customer-centred approach with sensitivity to equality and diversity.
- Manage complex homelessness applications, applying up-to-date case law to make robust, legally compliant decisions.
