Job Description

Vox Consultants are looking for Chef de partie in Cambridge area working 5 over 7 Days - 37.5 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Head and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your workstation, adhering to food safety standards at all times
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
Assist with mentoring junior members of the team, ensuring meeting our quality of standards

What you bring:

Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
Excellent communications skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Flexibility
