Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Children Social Worker to join a Local Authority in Berkshire on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a valid Right to Work in the UK, are not a Qualified Social Worker and not registered to Social Work England.

You will be:
Joining the Long-Term Family Safeguarding Team; your role will be to:

Managing a case load of children to ensure they are properly safeguarded, and their needs are being met by the council.
Completing risk assessments to assess safety of children.
Develop and review long – term care plans tailored to each family’s needs.
Multi – agency working style, working with other professionals within the service.

Essentials:

Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a long term Children’s Team.
Right to work in the UK.
