Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Family Therapist to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a valid Right to Work in the UK, are not a Qualified Social Worker and not registered to Social Work England.

You will be:
Joining as a Family Therapist (Systemic Practice Team), the main responsibilities are:

To introduce systemic thinking and casework into the Social Work Service to children and their families.
Providing therapeutic interventions alongside the Social Work intervention.
To work alongside health and social care colleagues and Social Workers to develop creative ways of working to meet the emotional and mental health needs of Children in Need, Children on Child Protection plan, Looked After Children, and those leaving care, including those in out of borough placements.
To take a clinical lead in group supervision, providing expertise and supporting staff development.

Essentials:

Right to work in the UK.
Professional Qualification in Systemic Family Therapy.
UKPC Registered and evidence of post – qualification professional development.
Minimum 2+ Years of experience.
