Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Social Worker to join a Local Authority in Somerset on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a valid Right to Work in the UK, are not a Qualified Social Worker and not registered to Social Work England.

You will be:

Joining the Adult Community Mental Health Team; your role will be to:

Holding a case load of Older Adults within the Community.
Completing assessments, specifically Mental Capacity Act.
Work with other professionals within the service to ensure proper care plans are in place.
Build relationships with Adults and Families.

Essentials:

A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within Adult Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within an Adult Mental Health Team.
Registered to Social Work England.
Right to work in the UK.
