Social Worker

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Social Worker to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.
 
You will be:

Joining the Adult Mental Health Team; your role will be to:

• Managing a complex case load of Adults within the Community.
• Developing and producing care plans as – well as risk assessments of the service user’s mental health and Social Care needs.
• Conducting Care Act assessments.

Essentials:

• A Social Worker Bachelor’s Degree and an ASYE completed.
• The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within Adult Social Work, it would be beneficial if you have previous experience of working within an Adult Mental Health Team.
• Registered to Social Work England.
• Right to work in the UK.
