Social Worker - Permanence
Pay: £40 per hour
Cheshire, North West
37 hours p/w, hybrid

About the role:
We are recruiting interim social worker to join a Permanence Team based in Winsford. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years post qualified and have significant experience in Permanence roles and have proven performance in quality case work in line with the council's expectations, and an ability to work openly and honestly with their children, families and partner agencies.

Our client offers excellent supervision and manageable caseloads, working alongside stable teams of experienced social workers and permanent established Team Managers. Free parking in all localities, access to all in house training and development to support CPD.

It would be beneficial if you live within reasonable distance  as whilst they do work hybrid, there is an expectation of regular working from the office bases. 

To be considered for this post you must be registered with Social Work England and at least 3 years’ post qualifying experience across permanent positions in England.
 
What you need:

• A degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England
• Completed relevant post-qualifying training
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and written skills
