A Qualified Dispensing Practice Manager is required for a lovely well established independent opticians based in Dorridge near Solihull.
 
Skills required
Excellent dispensing and management skills
Able to maintain and improve high standards of customer service to their patients and take ownership of the practice
Familiar with KPIs and targets
Motivate the team
 
Working hours;
Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week
9.00am to 6.00pm – week days
9.00am to 1.00pm Saturdays
