The Firm

A leading boutique 'high street' firm with offices across Chester and Wales are looking to grow their Conveyancing Department. Opening their doors nearly 200 years ago, the firm is very well known and has developed deep roots within the community. Looking to progress? They are proud to offer a very structured route of progression, ultimately leading to becoming a Director of the firm. The staff retention in very good with the average being 11 years but several members of staff have been there for 20+ years. 

Role & Requirements 

Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of property matters where you will be responsible for a high quality caseload of residential property matters including buying, selling, transfer of equity, first registrations, etc. 

- Minimum of 3 years PQE
- Will consider both Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers 
- Confident running a full caseload of property matters
