In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, investors, and senior stakeholders. The firm is seeking someone who naturally adds value, someone who doesn’t just greet guests but elevates the entire front‑of‑house experience.

You'll have a minimum 5 years’ experience gained, ideally within the investment sector or professional services.

• Act as the central hub of the office, ensuring seamless daily operations 
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with warmth, professionalism, and precision
• Manage a busy reception desk with confidence and calm
• Anticipate needs before they arise, offering solutions rather than waiting for direction
• Support with events, from beginning to the end 
• Uphold the highest standards of organisation, presentation, and confidentiality
