Senior Team Assistant, Boutique Investment firm

Are you a calm, confident, and highly capable Assistant looking for your next exciting opportunity? A prestigious investment firm is seeking a Senior Team Assistant to provide Partner and an MD level support, as well as broader ad-hoc assistance to a high-performing team.

You'll be joining a boutique team (3 other assistants) that is growing and performing exceptionally well at the firm, and they're looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

This is more than just diary management—it’s a pivotal role where your contribution will directly impact the success and flow of the business. Of course, you'll have the classic duties from diary management, international travel and expenses, but this role will allow you to build a lasting relationship with your MD, Partner and team.

The firm is seeking a Team Assistant who is experienced, having gained at least 3 - 5 years of experience in the investment sector, investment banking, private equity, and asset management. You'll be a candidate who is engaging, highly organised and client-facing in their communication.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing high-level to a Partner, MD and very light touch support to a team
• Complex, global calendar and inbox management, across multiple time zones
• Organising international travel: flights, visas, accommodation, itineraries
• Scheduling internal and external meetings, client calls, and video conferences

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, ideally with 2 years in the investment or financial services sector
• A composed, adaptable, and forward-thinking approach
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities seamlessly

This is a 6 months. If you impress, there are more opportunities in the company

Rate: £26 inclusive of holiday pay
