Role overview:
As our Talent Outreach Partner, you’ll be at the heart of creating life-changing opportunities. You’ll break down barriers and open doors for individuals from underrepresented and untapped talent pools, helping them access meaningful careers across our business. You’ll offer employability support to equip candidates with the skills and confidence they need to thrive, ensuring every step of their journey aligns with real employer needs.
Location: Central Reading with hybrid working options
Key responsibilities:
• Champion access to careers for individuals from untapped talent pools and those facing barriers to employment
• Provide outreach and upskilling support to local communities, connecting them to career opportunities at Thames Water and across our supply chain Set clear expectations and build trust with candidates by sharing comprehensive, timely feedback throughout the hiring process
• Represent the client at networking events and career fairs
• Build talent pipelines that reflect the diversity of our communities
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
