Responsibilities Include:

• The Team work on a range of different referrals making informed decisions as to which service a child would need to be referred to. The Team takes calls from incoming referrals and make judgements that ensure the correct outcome for the children and their families are achieved. You will do this by using your experience within Frontline Teams to make correct judgements as to which service a child may need.
