Job Description
We are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to work across a range of specialist and mainstream schools across the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with a range of SEND including ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD
- Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Monitor progress and adapt strategies to support development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience working with children with SEND (preferred but not essential)
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach to teaching
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

To be considered for the top of the pay bracket, applicants must have extensive experience in planning and teaching pupils with SEN/SEMH
