Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Safeguarding Team in Southwark.
We are currently seeking two experienced Social Workers to join our Safeguarding Team within the Contact Team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in handling safeguarding cases and will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals and families.
Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial screening of safeguarding referrals, ensuring compliance with legal timeframes.
• Completing risk assessments and ensuring appropriate services are in place.
• Attending the office at least three days a week.
• Conducting face-to-face home visits when required.
