Adults Social Worker, Knowsley
Pay rate, up to £31.15 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Adults Social Worker to join a Community/Locality team in the Knowsley authority.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -
Main areas of work include:

Completing Social care needs assessments
Support planning Commissioning Risk assessing and manging risks
Attending MARAMS safeguarding MCA/BI COP DOLS CHC – DST
