Pay rate, £44.74 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Team Manager to join an Assessment and Support Team in the Children’s, Families and Safeguarding service.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities: -
The suitable candidate will be expected to assist the Section Manager in managing the Safeguarding and Legal Team covering the County Borough of Conwy, providing services to Children and Families in need of a Care and Support Plan and Children in Need of Protection in the local community. Quality assuring court reports and attending court/ PLO Meetings. To be responsible for the oversight and governance of case management through the supervision and management of level 2 & 3 Social Workers; ensuring the production of quality assessments which identify need and outcome focussed care and support plans. To monitor supervisee’s performance and collate performance data to meet statutory duties, service evaluation and planning.
