A&C Approved Mental Health Professional, Leicestershire
Pay rate, £40 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified AMHP to join a team in Leicestershire.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -
Deliver a high quality, person-centred, accountable statutory social care service, ensuring that vulnerable adults and their families and careers.

can assess, manage and review their own needs and risks, maximise their own independence and self-direct the responses to deliver agreed outcomes
Can access personalised care and support to meet their assessed needs and maintain themselves in the community
Are protected and safeguarded.
Undertake the statutory duties of an Approved Mental Health Professional in line with the legislation, case law and Code of Practice.
