Pay rate, £34.86 per hour

Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join a young person’s team in the Cared For service in Sefton.
Job Role and Responsibilities: -
We are looking for social work practitioners who can undertake work across our young person’s team in the Cared For service. Sefton is a changing and vibrant authority, already on a journey of aspiration and ambition as it works towards an exciting 2030 vision and delivering our 5-year children and young people’s plan.
Sefton has a committed workforce, and we are keen to drive down caseloads and achieve good outcomes for our children and Young People.
