Pay rate £43.78 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Adults Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Triage Team in Lancashire.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities: -
This team manages all reported safeguarding concerns, screening and making proportionate enquiries to determine which cases require Section 42 investigations under the Care Act 2014. The role demands a quick turnover and excellent knowledge of handling safeguarding adult concerns. Key responsibilities include promoting making safeguarding personal, focusing on the adult's wellbeing, agreeing safety plans, providing feedback to referrers, and collaborating with Adult Social Care teams and partner agencies.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in safeguarding and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
