The Role
A secondary school in Wolverhampton is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join their team from January 2026 on a long-term supply basis. The role involves teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that support strong progress and exam readiness.
You will take full responsibility for planning, marking, and assessment, working within a supportive Science department that values consistency, structure, and high standards of teaching and learning.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Hold QTS (applications from ECTs are welcome)
- Be confident teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
- Deliver practical and theory-based lessons effectively
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management
- Be organised, reliable, and committed to pupil progress
