Job Description
A secondary school in Redditch is looking to appoint a passionate English Teacher from September 2025. This long-term assignment is suited to both experienced teachers and ECTs, offering the chance to deliver engaging English lessons that inspire a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking.

You’ll be teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4, taking on full responsibilities including planning, delivery, marking, and assessment. The role provides scope to bring creativity into the classroom while supporting students of all abilities to achieve their best. You’ll also work within a collaborative English department that shares resources and supports professional growth.
The Candidate
We welcome applications from English Teachers with QTS, including those completing their ECT year. You should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the enthusiasm to create engaging and inclusive lessons. A commitment to student progress and achievement is essential.
