The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring English Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Solihull from September 2025. This is a long-term position where you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring all students are challenged, supported, and encouraged to achieve their best. The successful candidate will be expected to plan, deliver, and assess a high-quality English curriculum, while contributing positively to the wider school community.
The Candidate
The ideal applicant will be a dedicated and passionate teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and experience teaching English in UK secondary schools. You should be confident in raising attainment, committed to excellent classroom practice, and able to build strong relationships with students and staff alike. Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers and strong ECTs looking to begin their career in a supportive environment.
