The Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative English Teacher to join a secondary school in Walsall from September 2025. This is a long-term assignment, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will be expected to inspire students to develop strong literacy skills, analytical thinking, and a genuine love of literature.
The Candidate
The school is looking for a teacher who:
- Holds QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
- Has experience teaching English at secondary level, ideally up to GCSE.
- Can deliver lessons that are engaging, challenging, and accessible to students of all abilities.
- Shows strong classroom management skills and a commitment to raising attainment.
