Bring music to life in a dynamic Birmingham secondary school.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher to join a well-established school in Birmingham from September 2025. This full-time position runs through to December 2025 and offers the opportunity to teach a broad and creative Music curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role
You’ll be delivering engaging Music lessons that inspire creativity and confidence in students. The successful candidate will teach both practical and theory-based lessons, contribute to extra-curricular activities (such as ensembles, concerts, or choir), and support students preparing for GCSE Music. You’ll work closely with a supportive creative arts team and have access to specialist resources and equipment.
The Candidate
We’re looking for a qualified Music teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience teaching KS3 and KS4. You’ll need strong classroom management skills and the ability to deliver inclusive lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities. Experience with music technology and running extra-curricular activities is desirable but not essential.
