Wrexham, Assistant Team Manager, Children's Social Care

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers in Wrexham to join the Front Door team! 
There is plenty of hybrid working available. 

Job Description:
An Assistant Team Manager in SPOA will predominantly be managing our inbox, making decisions on referrals in terms of the local authorities initial response, they will be supporting and supervising social workers, reviewing cases and making decisions whether allocation is needed and attending meetings including Strategy Discussions and Strategy Meetings. Knowledge of the law in Wales including Section 5 is essential. In order to be considered for these posts you must be a registered Social Worker in Wales and have relevant management experience. We work in a modern open plan office, the successful candidate would be required to work in the office three days per week and work two days from home. This is a full time position. Rates of pay is £36 p/h
Requirements:

• Hold a Social Work England registration 
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Full UK Driver’s Licence
• Post-qualifying experience 
• Degree/equivalent in Social Work
