*** 1:1 and small group support with students with Autism and ADHD
 
The Role
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students with Autism and ADHD, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum and develop essential learning and social skills. You will work both one-to-one and in small groups, adapting strategies to meet individual needs and fostering a positive learning environment. Your role will be crucial in promoting student confidence, engagement, and independence.
 
The Candidate
The school is looking for a compassionate and patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting students with special educational needs. Experience working with young people with Autism and ADHD is beneficial but not essential, as training and support will be provided. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach are key to success in this role.
