Salary: £29,952 - £38,688 per annum (dependent on experience) plus additional compensation for sleep-in duties.

Role Overview: As a Senior Therapeutic Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering emotional and therapeutic support to vulnerable young individuals. Leading by example, you will guide a dedicated team to create a secure and inclusive environment, promoting personal development and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team to establish a nurturing environment for young people.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring progress toward educational and personal goals.
• Compliance: Monitor adherence to care standards, collaborating with the team to uphold best practices.
• Therapeutic Support: Provide direct therapeutic interventions addressing the developmental needs of the young people in your care.
• Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals, effectively managing challenging behaviors.
