A 'Good' secondary school in North Solihull is seeking a Graduate Cover Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time position starting immediately and continuing until July 2025, offering an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in school life and develop your skills.
 
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils stay on task.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain a calm, focused learning environment.
• Support the school in managing behaviour and promoting positive attitudes.
• Gain insight into the daily operations of a secondary school, working closely with staff and pupils.
