A ‘Good’ primary school in Selly Park is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join their team as a KS1 Teaching Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate eager to gain experience in a primary school setting while making a positive impact on students’ attainment in Key Stage 1.
 
Role Overview
  • The successful candidate will work with students in KS1, providing tailored support to help boost their progress and confidence across the curriculum. Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group support to assist with reading, writing, and numeracy.
  • Working closely with teachers to identify students who would benefit from additional assistance.
