Job Description

Role: Registered Manager
Location: Merseyside 
Type: Permanent
Pay: £55-£65k p/a
Pertemps Social Care are supporting a local authority in Merseyside to find a passionate Registered Manager. You will oversee a residential children's home/supported living. We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to be part of a unique chance to shape the future of a new provision. The home will offer support in a nuturing environment designed to rebuild trust, foster relationships and equip the young people with the skills for a successful future. 

Registered Manager Role & Responsibilities: 
- Proven leadership in children's residential home
- Safeguard children and young people
- Develop and implement plans
- Recuit, train and supervise staff

Registered Manager Qualifications: 
-
CQC Registered Manager
- A minimum of 2 years experience managing a Children's Ofsted registered home
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management (residential childcare)
Excellent understanding of Ofsted legislations, regulations and standards relating to residential care homes for children
