Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by processing orders, generating quotes, and handling customer inquiries as a Internal sales coordinator
• Order Management: Manage the order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Customer Communication: Maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, updating them on order status, and resolving any issues.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Update customer databases, track sales activities, and generate regular reports for management as a Internal sales coordinator 
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless sales operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks, preferably as a Internal sales coordinator
