Your Role:As a valued member of our SEN support team, you will play a crucial role in:
  • Providing individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within classroom settings.
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Promoting communication, social skills, and emotional regulation through tailored interventions and activities.
  • Fostering a positive learning environment that encourages independence, confidence, and academic progress.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to educators and parents.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a school setting, specifically with SEN students.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and adults alike.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support diverse learner needs.
  • Passion: A genuine commitment to enhancing the educational experience for all children, particularly those with additional needs.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are advantageous.
