Role Overview: 

• Position: Year 5 Class Teacher 

• Location: Enfield 

• Start Date: Immediate 

• Contract: Permanent 

• Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience) 

 
We are looking for a motivated and skilled teacher who: 

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Key Stage 2. 

• Has a deep understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and can deliver engaging, inclusive lessons. 

• Demonstrates a commitment to supporting student development and well-being. 

• Possesses excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• Thrives in a collaborative and forward-thinking school environment. 

 
Your Responsibilities: 

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to Year 5 students. 

• Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress, ensuring all learners are supported to achieve their potential. 

• Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages creativity, independence, and respect. 

• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to uphold the school’s high standards. 

• Contribute to whole-school initiatives and professional development opportunities.
