Teaching Assistant – Enfield – Immediate Start
Are you passionate about education and ready to make a positive impact in the classroom? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students and teachers across various subjects in a dynamic school setting.

Pay: £90-£100 per day
Location: Enfield
Start Date: November
Interview Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organised and focused classroom environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help with specific subjects or tasks.
• Work closely with students to develop study skills, build confidence, and encourage a love for learning.
• Help prepare learning materials and organise classroom resources to facilitate effective teaching.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (voluntary or paid) is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Genuine passion for education and supporting student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.
