School Administrator – Short-Term Cover - Enfield
A welcoming secondary school in Enfield is seeking an experienced and efficient School Administrator to provide short-term cover within their front office team. 
 
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and is confident using key school systems. The successful candidate will play a vital role in keeping the school running smoothly during a period of staff absence. 
 
Role Overview: 

• Position: School Admin 

• Location: Enfield 

• Interview Date: Immediate 

• Contract: 2 Months from 29th May 

• Salary: £103.00 - £110.00 per day (Dependent on Experience)   

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have previous admin experience, preferably in a school setting 

• Be confident using ParentPay (essential) 

• Have working knowledge of Arbor (desirable) 

• Be highly organised with a professional, friendly manner 

• Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, students, and families 

• Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once 

 
Responsibilities will include: 

• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and phone/email enquiries 

• Maintaining pupil records and assisting with attendance and admissions 

• Managing school payments and communications via ParentPay 

• Supporting senior staff and colleagues with general administrative tasks
